Any camera mods that don't require a mod manager?

I'm trying to play sonic 06 on my dev mod xbox series x but the inverted camera is frustrating to no end. Are there any camera mods that don't require a mod manager?

The camera patch on the mod manager is applied to the game files so it would work

You can use the mod manager, just disable "launch emulator after installing mods" in settings, plus enable the inverted camera patch in the patches section.
