How to mod Cellphone wallpaper

Question

I tried to mod cellphone wallpaper but a part of the picture was stretched,so I compressed a part of the picture to make the effection normal. And the result is the second picture. It looks OK when I first see it but just not clear enough since it was stretched too much. Is there anyway to disable the stretching and keep it normal?

I don't know the answer to your question, but how exactly did you achieve the result in the second picture?I've been trying to figure that out for myself as I had some wallpapers I wanted to fix myself. Also where can I get that picture? lol

One of the other 3 custom cellphone background mods, has some kind of image converter. Which automatically changes the image, which will let it look relatively normal ingame
