I have a bunch of mods that I use that were downloaded straight from gamebanana into reloaded 2 that work fine, but I found some mods I would like to install that cannot be added to reloaded 2 with the quick install. The website I got them from specified that they are for Reloaded. when I extract the .zip into the mods folder of reloaded2, the contents consist of a .pak file, .ucas file, and a .utoc file. If I just leave the files there, the mod does not show up in my mod list. If I try putting them in a folder it does not work either.

How are mods like this manually added to reloaded? Sorry for the noob question. I will include a screenshot of the files of a mod I am trying to install. It is an outfit mod for mitsuru.
