How i edit rooms (tiles, obj, etc) with utmt???

Question

My question is how i change levels or edit them in utmt, like editing the tiles, bg, objects, and etc from the level whit undertale mod tool, please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms are made up of layers. Objects are made up in Instance Layers; Backgrounds have their own layers, etc, etc. They are all found in the Room Editor (open a room in UTMT to see them.)https://gamebanana.com/tuts/15914 has more information about Tile Layers and other Room Properties.
