Change size of characters

Question

Hello,I was browsing videos of XB2 mods, when I stumbled across this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9p5wv-0kaYAs you can see, the blades have been enlarged. Does anyone have any insight as to how this is done?

I know this is basically a month late but all you gotta do is change the scale size of the character! with XB BDAT editor!
