My sd card is corrupted or is it Nintendo?

Question

I been modding smash for a while but then suddenly my mod flies on my sd card keeping deleting itself. So I reformatted my card and tried to add back in Arch and my mods but it still keeps deleting itself the second I reinsert my card to my Nintendo Switch. Is it Nintendo doing this? (Keep in note I ONLY been used skin mods when this is happening.)

Files deleting themselves is certainly unheard of. Try backing up what you can and reformatting?
