Either apply the original textures or delete the file and verify game cache. Those are the most obvious methods.

    There are several ways:

    1. Keep a backup of the default .assets files aside and put them back when you want everything back to default. This may break some mods that require changes to several .assets files tho

    2. Keep a backup of the individual texture, for example you added a hat mod alongside other mods. But you want that hat mod removed whilst keeping other mods intact. Here it's much easier to re-import a backup of the original texture than to replace everything with vanilla stuff and then reapplying mods.

    3. If you didn't keep any backups. You'll have to use Steam's "Verify game files integrity" feature. From the Library section on Steam, right-click on among us and select Properties from the menu. Select the Local files tab and click the "Verify integrity of game files" button.
It'll replace any non-default file with its default counterpart. Unfortunately it'll delete any other mods and will restore the game to full vanilla (Only use this if you don't have backups or in-case you messed up the files and the game ceased to work)
