There's a mania version of Megamix Movesets, called Megamix Mania, but the only thing I can say is, that it's incomplete. Like, the abilities of Sonic, Tails and Knuckles are still using their regular S3 sprites, not the mania ones. When I tried it before, I also noticed an error, that also ocurred with the original Megamix Movesets, on Hidrocity Act 1. When you're being pulled by the air currents on the lower route, they use their spindash sprite instead. It can also cause more bugs to other animations as well, such as Spring Twirl. If you also plan on playing with that mod active, alongside the Extra Slot Characters mod, the megamix movesets causes the Extra Slot Characters to "try to use Team Sonic's abilities". Mighty for example, with Sonic's Light Speed Dash, Ray, with Tails' Tail Whip, not to mention that you can't use Ray's flying ability completely, it's just for one second, then the animation stops completely once it points to the ground, same thing with 3D2D Shadow, when it comes to Sonic's Light Speed Dash. Using the Megamix Movesets alongside the Extra Slot Characters, can cause a lot of bugs and incompatibility to some of the animations, since some of them will not be used correctly. I tried it before, but it was really hard, and I didn't find any mod that could add this compatibility with other mods, like the Mania mods you just mentioned. A lot of work would need to be done for this to happen. In other words, what I've said, is basically what I experienced before, and it was really frustrating, since I really like the Megamix Movesets mod.

The mod is probably too old to work with those skins. iirc it’s obsolete, so imo you’re better off using other mods anyway
