CO and Unit Stats

Question

Does anyone happen to know where in the files the Unit stats and CO stats and Powers are located? I've been having a hard time trying to figure it out, I even dumped the Romfs, I just can't find the file or Asset Bundle they are located in. I wanted to modify some of the existing COs and Units stats. Any help would be appreciated.

I figure that they are probably hard coded based on them not being anywhere in the files or assetbundles, does anyone happen to know how to modify them or where they might be with hexedit?
