DirectX 8,8.1 Casual Medal Bug

Question

Hi, I was wondering if someone had a fix for a bug I've been encountering. After completing a match of casual, or clicking on the medal, the medal starts to flash exponentially. To the point, it starts to hurt my eyes. As stated in the first sentence, does anyone know of a fix or a mod the prevents this from happening, anything of the sort would be very helpful

DX Level 8 and 81 will always do this, I don't think there is a Mod out there that fixes this, you're just going to have to switch to DX Level 90 or higher.

The guy above already answered it, but I'm going to add to it. Change your dxlevel to 90, 95, 98, or 100. Experiment with all of them for the best performance. For me, the one that gives the most fps is dxlevel 98, but it might be different for you.
