ui/replace/chara/desktop.ini error recently

Hi! I really hope one of you lovelies can help me with an issue. Earlier today I had an issue that presented in the arcropolis conflict.json. It said there was a conflict with ui/replace/chara/desktop.ini between two mods that I had, shy gal over peach and the grinch over snake. I doubt it matters for the sake of this, but I removed most of the shy gal alts so that it only went over c00 and c01. What I thought I could try to fix this was deleting both mods from my sd card and redownloading them from gamebanana. It didn't fix my problem.Then, I downloaded this spiderman mod which replaces all of sheik's alts. When I installed it, it added to the conflicts.json, so now I had the same ui/replace/chara/desktop.ini for 3 mods, none of which have desktop.ini in them. Please can someone tell me what is desktop.ini, how to get rid of it, and why I'm having issues?

There's a desktop.ini file in your mods. If you cannot see it, Google how to "Show hidden files" for your windows. You should be able to see (and delete) it then.

That has nothing to do with smash, your PC generated that. Just delete them

condensed version: 3 dots at the top>options>view>hide protected operating system files. In order to show the desktop.ini file in file explorer, this is what you have to do: in folder with conflict click the 3 dots for more, then click "options", then click the "view" tab at the top. Find the checked box for "hide protected operating system files (recommended)" and uncheck that box. A warning will appear, click "yes" if you want to be a successful modder. Then, click "apply" (IMPORTANT). You should now see the desktop.ini file, and should be able to delete (from what I understand).
