Nothing big or major, just a minor bug

Question

This isn't really anything big, just a small bug, so if u wanna ignore this, u can.So, when I was playing Pumpkin Hill with Knuckles, I wasn't able to collect 2 master emerald shards.The radars were working and everything else was functioning, it's just I wasn't able to collect 2 shards. If I go near them or touch them, nothing happens, and because of this, I'm not able to progress through the Hero story. With, or without mods, I keep getting this  bug/issue. I turned off all my mods and that hasn't done anything.So, how do I fix this??Any help will be appreciated.

Try ti reinstall the game. Or maybe your missing a file that works with the treasure hunting stages. Idk.
