error code: 2--0069 thread has panicked

Question

The day before I went on vacation I decided to download up on some mods and after doing the usual check up it gave me this message  


and it has been a week now and I still can't fix it, after formatting SD Card 3 times and re-downloading atmosphere and ARCropolis multiple times I still can't get it to work. So today I decided to delete all my mods and now it's giving me this message  I don't  know want to do

I knew this will happen as soon as I posted it on the internet but I figured out what it was, all I had to do was reinstall atmosphere as well as ARCropolis and skyline

Have you considered doing Fix Archive Bit in Hekate?Also, that error code is meaningless. See this guide for more info.
