How do i add rotation like 1st Prize/The Test?

Question

Okay, this is my first question post in Gamebanana, so idk how this works. ANYWAYS, if you played Baldi's Cool School, you may seen The Test, but he doesn't rotate his body right? I want to do it for a next update or something, but i don't really know how, i think it may include code, right? I thought that since 1st Prize has the rotation, i could copy it or something but i don't really know where.
