in the svencoop_addon folder.
If you don't have that folder, you can create it, oh and it must be the same name that I have written, that is "svencoop_addon"
Once you are in that folder, you must also create some folders with the name that I am leaving:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Sven Co-op\svencoop_addon\models\player
paste the models and sound folder to svencoop_addon
