Convert Xbox 360 mods to PS3 files?

Question

So i jailbroke my ps3 a few days ago and i've tried LOS. It was pretty cool, but outdated and somethings don't work like they should. But most of the mods ive seen are actually really good (Super Hard Mode for ex). Problem is, they are Xbox only. I dont have a 360 or a good pc to emulate 06 smoothly.  People say you have to manually convert the files from Xbox to PS3? Can anyone show a tutorial or tell me how to exactly do that? That would be very nice.

Mods that are exclusively for Xbox 360 probably have a good reason for being that way. The PlayStation 3 version of the game is very temperamental and while simple to convert mods between these two versions (as long as they aren't stage mods), there can be some problems - mostly with hardware limitations and the game refusing to load things that just work on Xbox (e.g. E3 loading screens from E3 HUD).If you want to attempt converting a mod from Xbox to PlayStation regardless, it's a relatively simple process, but you need to know the filesystem structure of both versions of the game to understand where files need to go internally and externally. You need to move the Xbox archives out of xenon into ps3, but there are some archives that were also moved from win32 to ps3 due to the PlayStation version using a new model format. This alone would get you one step of the way there, but depending on the complexity of the mod, you may need to modify some other formats to work on PlayStation manually, such as audio and video files outside of archives.You may also come across mods that use hybrid patches to inject new code into the game executable - these will be significantly harder to port, as you need to find where that same code is running in the PlayStation executable.
