How to create a working Dreamcast CDI/GDI image? - A Question for Sonic Adventure 2

Question Answered but Unsolved

Hello! I've been looking around online for a tutorial, or tools, so that I can create a working .CDI/.GDI image for Redream/real hardware. I've found tools/tutorials, but they seem to only work with Windows 95, 98, ME, or XP, and unfortunately my old laptop can't run a virtual machine to emulate those operating systems.

If anyone could give me a tutorial, or what tool(s) I could use (preferably w/out a virtual machine), and if possible, a download link to the tool(s), that'd be great! Thanks!

Have you tried to see if you can get the software to work by running it in compatibility mode or is it more of an outdated dependency issue?

I use these tools for my Translation project that also has a DC version.
-GD-ROM Explorer, to extract the files.
-GDIBuilder, to build a new ISO
-Dreamcast GDI to CHD, to transform the GDI file and it's tracks in a single CHD file.
