Some music mods make Kingdom Hearts music not play

Question

I can't figure out which ones do this, it seems to be random. I haven't seen anyone else having this issue. Sora's victory theme doesn't play either. Help

The only thing I can think of is they have an outdated "ui_bgm_db.prc". The victory themes along with tracks are stored in here so if it's old, all the new stuff won't exist.
