Why is my game crashing with mods? - A Question for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

This Question was answered and a solution was chosen.
When using mods with atmosphere, the game crashes. If I hold L while loading the game it works fine. I just installed atmosphere by following https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/

    If you are using any mods that need Skyline (script mods) then you'll need to wait for them to update in order to be compatible with version 13. In addition, the LATEST version of Atmosphere doesn't currently support Skyline which is used to mod Smash, so please use the previous version.
