Will My Mod Be Trashed If My Art Style Is Bad?

Question

That’s depending entirely upon certain factors that’re to be
taken into consideration, actually.

Now, before we’ll look over those aftermentioned
factors, take a moment and elaborate on what you mean exactly when you say
‘Bad’. If by bad you mean that your artstyle’s mediocre at best, lingering
between good and bad, or even slightly leaning towards bad, then it’ll likely
get a pass. Here’s a little example of mediocre art:However, if you’ve got little to no experience under your
wing, and the best that you can pull off is a few scribbles in MS Paint with
the brush tool and fill in with the paintbucket or something, then it’ll be
considered bad enough to be trashed. Here’s an example of bad art:Art’s that made to look bad deliberately doesn’t passes
either.

no your mod will not be trashed but it will be stored or archived but people can still download your mod

Devieus · Answer

It might be, depending on how bad it is and whether it's intentionally bad. If it is, it'll be trashed, and that'll be the end of that. You won't get banned or anything, but keep in mind, if it's trashed, don't force the issue.

depends if it was intentional or not, like The Bob Mod for example, it was made to be bad for comedic purposes, same for the But Bad mod. But relatively its uncertain if unintentional bad games will result in a removal or not.
