0makes the torch flicker. Other values don't seem to make much of an effect on it.
r_flashlightconstant- The commands used to control the Constant-Linear-Quadratic rendering of the torch.
r_flashlightshadowattencontrols the attenuation of the torch shadows in conjunction with these.
r_flashlightladderdist- Affects the appearance of the torch on ladders. Setting it to
0will make the torch much smaller on ladders, while setting it to
100will make it brighter. Additive with the Constant-Linear-Quadratic formula.
r_flashlightdepthres- Affects the resolution of shadows cast by the flashlight. Recommend using only powers of 2. Could potentially improve performance by lower values.
r_flashlightrender- Toggle the rendering of the torch. Set to
0to completely disable the flashlight effect.

0to make the flashlight ignore models.
r_flashlightfov- Field of View of the flashlight projection.
