Yes, you can make Vocals with UTAU. You can also use any other music program to make the Instrumentals.But the thing about UTAU is that in order for it to work you have to change your computer's locale to Japanese (not really bad actually).

use lmms and use bf samples from the vocals from fnf for bf vocals and use your voice or something else to make the other characters vocals and do that in lmms too
