Animation Bug - How to fix? (3DsMax) - A Question for Counter-Strike 1.6

This Question was answered and a solution was chosen.
Faced a problem. I wanted to try animation in GoldSRC (already animated in Source). I had no problems there.

The compilation was successful, there were no errors. But for some reason (main) the part of the weapon tied with hands is at the back, although the tied parts are where they should.

- Hands tied to weapons (Not the other way around)

    Theres a rig error, some meshes got different name bones, but when compile its working as well, try to rig the m4a1 with the weapon bones of what you select, i hope i explain me as well
