Hello, i literally just made this account because i have no idea what i'm doing (first time making a Gmod playermodel), i apologize if i'm writting on the wrong category and if needed i'll change it

Anyways, i tried putting my own model which looks like this:



but it turned out like this:

And yes, i already made sure that my normals are pointing the right way

Any help is appreciated!

    Either your model's faces themselves are inverted, or the material/textures have an improperly made alpha channel/transparency. 

    Would need to see more pictures of the model in-editor and without shading/textures, and the textures themselves to give you a more precise answer.

    Also, for future reference, these kinds of post should be a question, not a thread. Since you're new I went ahead and submitted it as a question for you. If you're looking for a specific answer, it's a question. If you want to discuss opinions and such without a for-sure answer, it's a thread.
