what a program can you use to draw fnf mod charact

Ive been trying to draw my fnf mod character on adobe and it looks like crap. What drawing program can use to draw my character in. i only ask this because mod devs have high quality art and they dont draw the mod characters in adobe.

Hi!~I'm a little Mod Dev, and i don't know professional ways to do this, but i can help you with tips and another thing!- With all the sprites i made in adobe, i drawed them on another program and ported the images into adobe, then replacing the frames i need for it to work.- I've been lastly testing a new way and it works good but it's a little hard, it consists on drawing each part separated. After that you can animate them easily but if you want to change the pose of an arm for example you have to redraw it.You can use any Software you want to draw the sprites!i use Paint Tool Sai 2 because i'm very familiarized with.anyways, the way of the drawings wont depend on the software you use (well, kinda because some softwares have other features and etc)
