Weight painting on Charger model? - A Question for Left 4 Dead 2.

I'm trying to make a mod with the charger, but when I try to weight paint the mesh it goes crazy, and I think it's because of the inverse kinematics. I removed them, but then the animations became broken in game. How do I fix this mesh so it behaves on the rig?

    Your bone weights are most likely wrong. Removing the IK will only make it worse in pretty much every circumstance. Try using the envelope tool to do what you want.
