Cutscene Light Flicker

Question

After updating to 7.0, there's a constant yellow flickering light during cutscenes. I can still watch them, but the screen keeps flashing yellow. Could someone please advise me on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you happen to have an old mod that puts peak patrol song on other weapons

Have you found a solution yet? I noticed this issue only started after version 7.1. Before that, CG animations played normally—the screen would turn green only for a split second at the very end, so I didn't pay much attention to it. But starting with this version, the CGs won't play properly at all.
