M Rover Bottom Half Texture is miscolored

Question

https://imgur.com/XloKoJaI can't seem to figure out why the lower half of my Rover mod is not matching the upper half. I used the exact same process when editing my Component 2 onto Component 3. I already tried following J3ssyJames' Fix Broken Character Textures Tutorial but it was unsuccessful. I even tried mixing up the ResourceTextures IDs in the mod.ini but that didn't help. Already ran my mod through the Mod Fixers of both Woju and Moonholder. I am at a lost here and would really appreciate some help.
