Transparency Issue

Question

After the new GIMI update the transparency seem to be not working. Is this a widespread issue and I just need to wait for the next update. Or is there a fix?

Can you provide a link to the mods that have this problem/it looks like a TexFix issue, but i need to check for myself first.
