Why don't have mod of pear shaped to characters?

Question

I'm wonder that every time at a new body mod not has who making pear shaped or bottom heavy?I'm focusing on making the hips or lower body wide. I want to imagine what it would be like if it were as big and wide as the magnificent Venus; it would be very interesting, especially for people who want to adjust their character's hips to make them bigger. Does anyone have any models or mod files related to a pear-shaped body?
