Gray Texture Issue

Question

For quite some time, certain zzz mods when using characters in the overworld get these gray broken textures that ZZMI never seems to be able to fix and the mods work completely fine in the game menu and character selection screens but break when used in gameplay, is this a lightmap issue, something with the hashes or something completely different? Is there a fix for this?

Looks like the normal map is being loaded as the diffuse. Are you using XXMI Launcher?
