Missing skins?

Question

I've been on and off modding but when I came back recently to download skins from a certain modder he isn't there? He did cowgirl Burnice some devil theme skin for Vivian and I can't find him anywhere. He also did skins on wuthering waves for many characters and had a patreon link in his bio, was that the cause of him getting banned? I believe the creator to be Chinese (sorry if I'm wrong) and I cannot find anything about him. YES most of his mods were NSFW.

having a patreon wont get anyone banned, a lot of modders link their patreon under their post or in their bio. i had one cowgirl burnice mod and its from arca, but arca modders are korean not chinese so probably not the one you have. i'd suggest looking at agmg discord for his submissions or just search through arca (though arca is shit for locating mods if you don't know what you're doing)edit: the one i got from arca is a reupload from someone's patreon, so probably not the one you have (i attached an image of the mod in the reply section)

Kanou Sakura got investigated by Chinese police + hoyo and will face some consequences, because of this MANY CN mod creators are deleting/privating their mods out of fear of being caught (or where already forced to delete their mods by officials). Basically some shit hit the fan about selling mods in cn and it developed into hoyo cracking down on modders for copyright.
