This mod is made by KanouSakura, who deleted all their work due to some fear of mihoyo seeking legal action (so ive heard)Some of their work is archived including "devil sister" mod: https://pixeldrain.com/l/n3Fey5Tv

it looks like a re-color of one of KanouSakura's mods. They got taken off this site a while ago but here's a link to the original, not the re-colorhttps://pixeldrain.com/l/n3Fey5Tv#item=4edit:here's the re-color.https://huihui168.org/?news_12/7050.html
