Two solutions:Modeling level: The author bakes the ult form leg mesh with the tattoo onto the new leg mesh, then modifies the diffuse and glow map data files. This yields the best result.Texture level: Users modify the diffuse and glow map files by placing the ult form tattoo onto the corresponding leg area. It requires trial and error, and the tattoo may be stretched due to differences in the UV islands of the meshes. Both methods require some level of modeling, texturing, and scripting knowledge, and the use of the correct ult form hashes.
