random flashing lights issue

Question

Everywhere i look in game i get these random flashing lights when i'm playing. I've removed all mods and reapplied every installed mod 1 by one while i was playing and pressed f10 for all of them to see if 1 mod in particular was causing the issue but that wasn't the case. The issue went away even after adding every single mod back in so im sure it wasn't any of the mods i had installed. So after i did all that the flashing lights were gone. So i closed game and reopened it now the flashing lights are back. PLEASE HELP. I don't want to remove and reapply my mods every time i play just to remove the flashing lights issue.

Do you have RabbitFX? If you do maybe it's outdated and you may have to replace it with a new version
