This Ganyu mod isn't working for me

Question

I downloaded this Ganyu mod (https://gamebanana.com/mods/622975) and there wasn't a folder containing all of the things inside besides the winrar so I put all of the things inside into a new folder and put it into my mods folder but when I went to load up Genshin, it just doesn't work. Ganyu is the same even though in the corner it says the author of the mod.

have u tried toggling or bringing up the menu? sometimes the default loaded state of a mod is the original skin (i had one mod that did this lol)
