Posted by nintentofu To be dead honest wildcard, I never ONCE asked anyone to post here or on my thread. I didn't tell anyone about it either. So please know that I didn't get anyone "to hop on the bandwagon" because the truth is that it's obvious some people also feel the same. I also wouldn't have posted anything if this wasn't a recurring issue. Many times since even the Scout and other tf2 updates, have I seen copy and pasted News Updates and that is why I feel it should have been brought attention to. Honestly my main concern with it isn't the fact that people copy and paste articles, but the problem that it creates when real Authors and Writers who could perhaps actually be working on an original News Article strictly for FPSB, have their hand made work turned down because someone already posted the update in a "Copy n Paste" setup. I'm sure you would prefer to see articles with a bit more insight being the trend on fpsb, then to see hundreds of copied articles that have no originality. That is truly my only concern with it and the fact that the more it continues to be copy n paste jobs, the lower the bar is set for what is good and acceptable news, and the fact that if someone did make a better + more insightful news post, their's would be turned down and not approved because someone already posted the "news" concerning whatever topic. I really hope you can see and understand where I'm coming from and how this would effect the overall quality of the FPSB News section over a period of time. Trust that I didn't want you to leave the News section because I do know that before you would create news articles with at least a Paragraph of original verbage, I just wish people still did this because it was awesome to see more of an insight from the FPSB Community.
