Oh, that was the most idiotic thing I've ever heard. What's the realistic of swimming in tunnels full of water and rotating shitz. Or a bumper of a car smashing you in an invisible wall. Or some spikes which fall from the roof. CS is not a simulator. And this is what Deathrun mod is supposed to be - flying doors and trains and so on. In this condition there isn't a single deathrun map ever made which is realistic. On this project you've tried to make it a bit realistic, so it's totally awful in gameplay.
P.S. I have to point, that in this message realistic meant traps only. The environment can be as beautiful as you want, but traps can be only less or more practical.

all can make traps in air with func_door func_rotating func_door_rotating and map its finished ;) , me i try make a real traps in a real world !
And with that "The first 3 traps have little or NO space to stand on at all" me i use button_manager and player can push just 1 time 1 button so you have all space !

It's not about stealing style from other maps. It's about making practical maps, without bugs and so on. This is too focused of being realistic in traps so it's not practical at all. Yes, everybody says it's a good map but that's because of the good advert, because of the details which make it good looking instantly. Take a look at KroM's maps (forest, onway) - they are not much beautiful neither realistic, but they are practical and everybody loves playing them. I'm pretty sure that not a lot of people would include this map in their servers, as TeRMiNaTe and I did.
Pros: good design, not such a standart design as the most other deathrun maps
Cons: the water part - those rotating things are too bugged (even if it's not your fault -> change the traps there please)
Improvements: as above mentioned.
Notes: all in all still a good map, but it would be even better without those buggy water traps

One thing you have to keep in mind when making a deathrun map is leaving SPACE where the CTs could stand on BETWEEN TRAPS. The first 3 traps have little or NO space to stand on at all. Think about that. Also remove the message, it's annoying. About the last engine bug, you could try lifting it a little to fix it or something else. Be creative.
