My first map. Should play similar to 2fort without flags. Balanced for all classes to have a useful niche in all game play zones. Health packs distrubted for defense and offense. Plenty of things for Scouts to jump on, as well as Soldiers/Demo's to jump onto.
If there is enough positive response I will continue to update it for performance and aesthetic issues. If game play imbalances arise those will be fixed too. Hope you all enjoy it!

I agree if by +10-15 FPS you mean negative... then maybe that would align with what I saw. I play on high resolution settings and I was getting like 20 FPS max at the spawn usually around 10-20 fps walking through to the center. Needs massive optimization.
This is a great map as far as layout etc it just needs massive optimization.
Well.... bad news - the server kinda liked your map but there's tons of things that need to be fixed. We did play the b2 of the map.
1. There's no overtime/sudden death. When it counts down the map just reaches 0 and keeps on playing as if nothing happened. This means you can spend a whole lot of time on just one round. So sudden death/overtime needs to be corrected so it actually works.
2. The map is extremely lag in spots. I didn't notice this at all in the original version. But this version, I'd range from 60+ fps to down to 10fps depending on where I was in the map. I wasn't the only one who noticed this. It makes it very annoying to play when the fps isn't consistent. I don't know what might be causing this issue.
3. There's a "reliable screenshot" or something or another error that boots people from the server for no particular reason. The same thing happened when people were downloading the map. They'd download and then it'd give them that error and kick them from the server. They could rejoin and even play for a while - but most ended up getting booted for the same error again. That's gotta be fixed before it can find a permanent spot on any server.
4. Teams don't switch sides. I know the sides are fairly even - BUT - they should still switch. It just helps keep things even.
Let me know when you get a new version out.
Pros: Map looks great!
Cons: It's a tad on the small side. Kinda like side A vs side B without much more to see.
Improvements: I seem to remember this map being a TFC map but man, that was so long ago and I can't even remember what I ate for breakfast today. :\ Regardless, I'm really not sure what improvements could be made on this map.
Notes: I'll post more when I get more feedback from my clan (and server regulars) assuming there's some feedback worth sharing.
Pros: The maps has a fantastic style, and a good feel. People instinctively know what to do. I love the tunnel areas.
Cons: Unfortunately, one of the instinct's people have is to spawn kill. The spawn points need protection and dual exits.
Improvements: With a little cleanup and fixing the spawnkill issues this will be an awesome map.
Notes: I had to remove this from my server due to too many complaints about spawn killings.
Some obvious issues just from viewing the screen shots. your model placement is very bland.
and the mapping is slightly sloppy.
The map has a very open concept, makes me wonder about performance issues.
The layout is ok.
this is as stated a very good first map, though i am sure the engine and textures offered in TF2 helped you achieve a pleasing appearance more than anything.
