Couple of new options added in the CHAMPIONS ABILITIES Module.

Magical Weapons has been added in the WEAPONS Module.

New ENEMIES Module added, in this module you can customize enemies Life quantity, Bosses Resistance and Bosses Weakpoints Damage.
If you are using Vanilla game just select Vanilla multipliers while if you are using Hyrule Rebalanced just select Hyrule Rebalanced multipliers.

1. Presentation

The goal of this Mod is to give to the players the opportunity to customize various aspect of the game in order to create different Characters Classes. So there are approximately 80 different options to choose that let you customize your fighting system in order to have the best experience with your personal playstyle. It has been thought for all those players that, like me, have already finished the original game but still want to play, so this Mod will give us some new fresh experience. You can also use it on your current savefiles. While I was creating this Mod I thought basically at 5 different Classes: ARCHER, ASSASIN, SOLDIER, PALADIN, BERSERKER.

Durability options are based on the original game values so they will recalculate these values. It works only on new weapons not on those already owned. If you have already got Master Sword you have to use it untill it discharges, than when it charges it will have the selected durability. If you already got any champions's weapons you have to use them untill they brake and than rebuild them.
Even if you select a multiplier you will see bundles name in game not modified. Don't mind just pick it up and the quantity of arrows will be multiplied (for example if you choose Bundle x3, and you pick up a bundle named Arrow x5, as soon as you pick it up you gonna have 15 arrows more).

IMPORTANT NOTE: For a full options description please read the file Option Description.txt included in the 7zip file.

3. How To Install

To install this Mod you just need to download the 7zip file, unzip it and install BNP modules through BCML, then for each module a menu with all the options will be shown, so you select all the options you want to use and click on OK.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Remember that if you want the original values for a certain option you DO NOT have to select anything in that specific group, for example if you want to have the standard value for the Normal Sword Attack, you do not select any of the four options in the Normal Sword Attack Ratio. If you select something that you didn't want to, you have to manually delete it (I'll explain how to do this in a while).
IMPORTANT NOTE 2: I've noticed that if you select one option from the Single Choice options, and then change your selection, BCML will install both so before selecting the option you want, think about it (You can always manually delete the options you don't want).

I suggest you to play around with the options a little bit just to see how they affect the gameplay, then make your Custom Class and start a new game. You can also continue a saved game with your Custom Class, this mod won't affect your savegame files.
To change your current selected options you have to uninstall and reinstall the mod in order to selct the options from the installer menu.

4. Manual Configuration

Once you have installed this Mod you can manually add or remove each of the options, to do this just extract the 7zip file you downloaded in a new folder.



Open the BNP Modules



and open the "info.json" file with a text editor.





Here you can find all the options with the matching folders that you gonna find inside the "options" folder inside the BNP Modules.



Then you have to open the folder of your BCML installation



and go inside the "mod" folder.



Here you have to choose the folder of the Class Maker Module that you want to customize which sould be called "XXXX_ClassMaker - XXXX", open it.



Here you have to open the "options" folder.



Inside here you will find several folders, each folder matches an option. So if you want to remove a certain option you just select the matching folder and delete it, while if you want to add a certain option you have to add it by copying the matching folder from the extracted BNP downloaded file.



Always make sure that you have just one folder option for each main option (for example if you want the option +20% Moving Speed you have to make sure that you have just the "movefast20+" folder in the "options" folder, and eventually delete all the other "movefastxxx" folders).



If you want the original value for a specific option you have to make sure that you don't have any folder option inside the "options" (for exaple if you want the original Normal Sword Attack Ratio, you have to make sure you don't have any "attnswrdxxx" folder inside the "options" folder).
REMEMBER you always have to click on "Remerge" on BCML after you make manual changing to the options.



5. Compatibility

This mod has been built to be compatible with all the major mods like Linkle Mod, Hyrule Rebalanced, Survival of The Wild, Nightmare Mod, etc. Just give Class Maker Modules the highest priority in BCML. It is compatible with all savegames files so you don't need to start a new game to use the Mod.

6. Suggestions

To fully enjoy this mod you have to play around with the options to find the perfect suit for your gameplay style.
Remember that you don't have to select all the options at once, my personal suggestion is to select groups of options, try them "on the field", take notice and select other groups. For example to start select the group of the Weapons Attack Ratio, then the group of the Resistance and so on. It's all about balance.
You can also make Overpowerd buid selecting all max weapons damage and max resistance or make a Super Hard Mode build.
It's up to you, there are really a lot of possibility and that's the main goal of this mod.

7. Known Bugs

This is not a mod bug but apparently a BCML problem, I've noticed that if you select one option from the Single Choice options, and then change your selection, BCML will install both so before selecting the option you want, think about it (You can always manually delete the options you don't want).

  • Ooh, some new options. Disabling slowmo on parrying sounds like it would make for a challenge, I know some people abuse the slow mo to change shields and parry again if multiple guardians have shot lasers at them. Starting gear is a great idea as well, makes creating a custom class feel a lot more personalized.

    I had issues with removing some of the skills... Then realized I had an issues with removing everything. Tried removing the folders in bcml mods... tried uninstalling through bcml... 

    Help, I'm dumb and didn't create backups, since I didn't expect to. If I don't pick the thing at first, can I just not change it? Or is there some uninstall or change method I am unaware of? The one described doesn't change anything for me. 

    Again, send help.
