When Sonic does a somersault, he slows down, right? With this, his speed will be preserved when he does one.
The regular behavior will kick in if Sonic's standing still or moving slowly, since in that case the fixed speed is faster. He'll also slow down again if you mash enough to fully finish the combo (punching animation).
This mod also comes with a config option to change the beginning of Sonic's somersault into a sliding animation when he's moving fast enough.
Dear Speeps, can you solve me this one problem? Basically, the sommersault fire effect are missing in my game. And yea, I changed the graphic settings, disabled the Application Optimal mode (and worked for the already in-game effects rain, fire) but the effects in the Sommersault remains not visible... What have I to do next?
Would you also be able to make it so that Metal Sonic doesn't lose his momentum (and maybe drop to the ground faster) when using blackshield in the air so that it's more useful when combined with the Metal/Amy spindash mod?
Nice mod btw, makes it so you can style on your enemies any time you jump without having to slow down.
