Miscellaneous Improvements and Dreamcast Textures

Fixed bugs with lighting and effect textures.
Postponed change: Fixing the error in City Escape with the exit gate collisions.
Restores fog to White Jungle. Fixes Iron Gate's lighting (but not alarms).
Restores the Dreamcast textures where possible, including (but not limited to) City Escape, Hidden Base, Crazy Gadget, Pyramid Cave, White Jungle, and Mad Space, and restores the Dreamcast layout to City Escape.
These were too small to release as individual mods, so here they are in a bundle.
Is there any possibility of using an option to separate enabling the texture modifications from the other features? There's another set of lighting mods for Iron Gate now that seem to mess up when this one is active, but I don't think there are any mods that only restore Dreamcast texturing.
Really enjoying the mod, though I've noticed a recurring issue towards the end of City Escape. Rolling under the barrier at the end seems to have a 50/50 chance of triggering a bug where Sonic stands on the booster but is completely frozen in place (see https://i.imgur.com/ygsPmmv.jpg ).
Seems to happen more regularly if I roll under the right-hand side of the sign. Not sure if this is a bug specific to this mod or if this was present in the original DC layout as well, but I don't recall this issue on hardware back in the day.
I've tried shuffling the mod round in the load order in case this is a conflict somewhere, but haven't seen any difference. Works fine if I disable the mod and play the GC/PC layout.
Hello! I'm having an issue with Iron Gate's lighting. Whenever I defeat an enemy, the whole stage lights up for a bit. Also, Eggman's flashlight effect does not function properly, so objects like enemies and crates are incorrectly lit
Hello, I think I have fixed most of the problems, the only one I'm not sure about is the truck in City Escape, but as people have mentioned, you can just load this mod before that one and its SET files will override this one. Uploading the update now!
