Fixed Partypanel - A Mod for Persona 3 Portable.

This mod tweaks the health bar outline to fully wrap around the health bar, like how it is in Persona 3 FES. This is only an actual hardware exclusive mod, since most PPSSPP users are using HD texture packs anyways.

This is now compatible with the HD Texture Pack! Users can now use it on both PPSSPP and actual hardware!

Changes:

Fixes the outline around the health bar to fully wrap around

    I tried this on my PSP-1000 and it crashed. Is it only usable on 2000 and above?

    I think you underestimate the number of people who don't use the texture packs especially with how bad some of the environment upscales look
