$envmapmaskwork, but it seems to be either deprecated in TF2 or it just does not work with
$basemapalphaphongmaskenabled. Instead, I'll be placing the environment mask on the base texture's alpha channel and use
$basealphaenvmapmaskto reduce the amount of VTFs used in this mod.
