Overhauled Menu Characters and More!

Well, here it is, my version on an overhaul of the people appearing on screen when you open up TF2! After 9 ~~years~~ months in development, hopefully it would have been worth the wait!

If you don't know what this is, this pack will replaced the old portraits on the left side of the main menu with bright, clear, new render that, I think, reflect each character's personality more. But the main thing about this pack is that it also adds other characters from the TF2 universe, such as Miss. Pauling and Saxton Hale. Hope you all enjoy what I have can offer!

-If you enjoy this modpack, then try out Maggots' MOP and Sloofy's SOUP!

-----PLEASE NOTE THESE PROBLEMS-----
- This pack will not work with any huds that disables menu characters.
- The base pack will not work with any other Menu Portraits mods
- The portraits may collide the 3 buttons on the top right of the main menu.
-(IMPORTANT) For some reason, the Non-Halloween appears during Full Moon and Holiday-related events and I can't find a solution for this.

For those who are still coming by here, I have terrible news. I have lost all of my SFM sessions. I was trying to fix a crashing error with one of my session and thought that uninstalling and reinstalling SFM would fix it. But unfortunately, I didn't back up my files, assuming that they would stay even after uninstalling SFM. But when I check back, everything was GONE. I did try to get back and it kinda worked, but the files were corrupted, leaving me empty-handed. I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't be able fully rework my portraits unless I'm willing to spend another 6 month straight remaking everything from the ground. The only good thing I could say is that at least this happens after finishing the characters list and I was able to get the renders back, so may be able to clean some stuff up. It still sucks that all my SFM stuff from 2019 to 2021 are gone and I definitely learn my lesson to ALWAYS MAKE A BACK UP when I doing something risky.

Heya! Been keeping tabs on this mod for a really long time now (since it was a WIP, really), but I don't think I've ever said congrats on an update before, so hey! Is good stuff!

All things given, I'm pretty happy to see things chugging along here and that you managed to knock every part of the list you had! It's always a wonderfully delightful surprise seeing both MOP and your mod get these huge substantial updates. It's like Christmas morning come early.

Also, cheers for the shoutout! I'm kinda eager to do the same for the both of you now that you've planted that idea. Gonna do that next, if you don't mind. (btw i'd check to see if you have don cheadle hidden between soldier's rocket launcher, but it's gotten to the point where i've hidden it too well that i cant find him anymore in soup)

And last of all, good luck on polishing up! It's a Sisyphean task before you know it, but I'm excited to see what else is in store!

Question: Do i need to extract files from the folder then put in the custom?
If not then the mod breaks the game
Also it would be nice if modboy could just download and set up the mod

Hey, so i don't know if you can help me with this, but sometimes when I launch the game there is no character in screen but rather the background of Merasmus with the gargoyle or the necro smasher map , I think it's because how the backgrounds are configured, is there any way to enable characters in all backgrounds, or do I have to edit a specific file for that?

so there is a character that always give me the missing error texture i dont know why but it appears its more than one character (or at least thats what i think it is) and i just want to know how could i fix that
