Great improvements mate! It feels and looks much better now. I still have one last concern tho, the UVs are quite shifted to the left, some notable examples:
They're very noticeable too, editing them shouldn't take more than 5 mins just shift them back to the correct position and rescale if needed.. Also use a better compiler like Sven Co-op's if you don't do already :d
Hey, Barney's arm textures use the not so great HD Pack arm textures Gearbox never fixed [they're more blurry and such], so you can get the LD barney arm textures since it's the same just a higher quality you know? hope that helps. [Post Message: If you want to get the fixed arm textures from a skin, you can get the arm textures from this fix for BShift's weapons and arms.]
Hey, Sorry if you get asked this all the time cause I know you've worked hard on this hand rig but I wanted to ask if you could try doing Opposing Force hands, as I feel this be fitting for shepards arms.
Funny I have fiddled with this idea when I tried to rig the long hlhd hands to GO skeleton. I think the files are probably lost now tho. So from prior experience I have some, umm, let's call them differences in approach. I'll list them here:
The Glock is unnecessarily mirrored, The vanilla model always had the ejection port on the right side, this mirror also kind of ruined the smoothing of the left side since it looks a bit darker than the rest of the pistol and its surrounding which feels unnatural:
The magazine is still comically tiny, I remember giving it a proper size.
It's either the hands are a bit too big, or the whole pistol is generally smaller than how it should be..
Not really noticeable but the hands look a bit like if they were floating, that's precisely why I chose the long HEV hands for this rig (and for the fact I wanted to use it for other weapons).
But in general I love that you've explored this idea yourself and even went to make a very good handrig yourself (Mine was mostly shit xd).
Btw if this was based on Pack#4 there's no need to credit me here. I didn't edit animations of all weapons, just a few and this isn't one of them..
