TF2 360 Style GUI - A Mod for Team Fortress 2

A tf2 skin that is based of the xbox360 version of Team Fortress 2

A GUI edit that made for myself use. Base on the 360 version of TF2. Recommended for high resolution setting. GUI Changes : -Move the GUI more near to the center (360 version style) -Re-sized TargetID box / Weapon changing box -Display health value in the TargetID box -Death notice is smaller and can display 8 items at once -Removed unnecessary object in Spec mode -Changed damage display number font and color Installation : Unzip the file in Steam\steamapps\\team fortress 2\tf\ Please turn off minimum GUI option at TF2 Setting

  • Not so much differents between original HUD and this one ... The only i can say, that original is better... everythng puted toward the center and i think its a bit distracting...

    The only thing here I see that's really "360-style" is the fact that everything is pulled toward the center. All the other changes are just custom touches, like how targetIDs show numerical health and how the kill notifiers have eight notifications. I really like the way you did the numerical health, though. It's easy to look at. But yeah, overall I wouldn't call this a "360-style" HUD. The main reason the HUD is pulled toward the center in the console versions is to compensate for possible overscan issues on TVs that might cut off the edges of the screen. It's not really needed in the PC version and if you really wanted to make it true to the 360 version then you should change some other things and try not to make it so customized with elements like numerical health and eight death notifications.
