Welcome Tarou to New Horizons!

This mod adds in Tarou, who originated in Animal Forest e+ on the Gamecube. He replaces Fang, and comes with his own icon, photo, poster, catchphrase, and favorite saying. His personality is changed from Fangs Cranky to Jock. He wears the Black Tailored Jacket. This has BCSV edits.
