Your material setup isn't correct. First, your Specular and Gloss map is switched. Take out the Gloss map from the normal map's Alpha channel and use it as exponent map and put the specular (your "texture_S") into the normal map's Alpha channel. Second, your weapon have too much reflection. That's because your $envmaptint is too high, you may need to reduce it.
