Does this appear only when you use the strange fists or all the time?
    Is that my blood?

This is a good model and all, but could you _please_ make the custom HUD replacements optional? It gets really annoying trying to screw around and delete the VGUI and HUD elements so that the other custom one you have takes affect.

That is really weird... It is not just the fists though, it is the entire model. It doesn't appear to be loading the custom model at all. Does it only do this when you use Strange Fists?

Do the world models appear correctly or are they human as well? If they are the original default models you could be playing on a server that has 'sv_pure' set to '1' or even one that has it set to '2'. Either of these will force your system to use all default game data and not apply any mods. This option is there to prevent certain types of cheating. > > Another, slightly associated question: When you see the human hands, is the texture still the Big Mac Heavy texture? Most weapons use the same model for the arms and simply attach the weapon to a certain bone and add some animations if need be. However there are a few exceptions where valve makes a new view model that includes the arms specifically for that weapon, in which case I need to replace that model as well. > Does it have the human hands for all of the weapons? Or just a few select ones (Whether the weapon is Strange matters, in an odd case with the engineer the Strange Wrench had its own view model while the regular Wrench used the technique described above)? What do you have equipped while this is happening? > > It also could be that with the latest vpk I put together I somehow missed putting in the viewmodels.. which I doubt. I think I would have heard of it sooner if that were the case. Also I believe I have used this one. Often I am using the files themselves not packing into a vpk because I am still testing a tweaking them. So it is possible that I made a mistake putting together the VPK. I usually just make it from the files in my game directory though, so I doubt it. Dont forget why it is "excellent". It is because he LISTENS to his fans/foes and fixes or changes accordingly.
